If you are requesting to be placed on the Waitlist from your mobile phone, please make sure you hit SUBMIT. If you do not receive a confirmation email or hear from Alliance Sports Travel within 24 hours, please reach out to make sure you successfully submitted your information. Thank you.
Please note that your waitlist request will be placed in the order received. We will always reach out to you, usually by email, to ensure you still need the room before we book anything.

Once a cut-off date has passed or a parent block is sold out at the group rate, the final option is to go on the waitlist. Fortunately, most times, it does end up working out. Football parents know, unfortunately, that players can get injured or find out they are not traveling. That said, requesting a waitlist is not a guarantee that it will always work out.
If you end up making other arrangements, we request that you please let us know ASAP so we can remove you from the waitlist. This will free up that spot for the next in line. You can easily do this by clicking on the “Remove From Waitlist” button.
