Parking:
The hotel offers one (1) complimentary parking space per room, per night. If hotel occupancy allows, additional parking space rental can be purchased for $20.00 per vehicle, per day.

Individual Cancellation Policy:
Guestrooms may be canceled at no penalty up until 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. If a no-show occurs, the fee of one night’s stay plus applicable tax will be assessed to the designated method of payment, i.e. a credit card on file.

Shuttle Policy:
The InnTowner’s complimentary shuttle service operates within a two (2) mile radius of the hotel between the hours of 7:15 am and 10:45 pm. There is one shuttle driver between the hours of 7:15 am – 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm – 10:45 pm. The complimentary shuttle is for all guests. It is therefore highly recommended that if your group requires the use of the shuttle to their destination that you contact the hotel via phone at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Pick-ups are not scheduled ahead of time; guests can request shuttle pick-up by calling the hotel’s phone number on their key packet. The front desk agent(s) will alert the driver and provide an estimated time of pick-up
